What is the Naomi Project?
The Royal Empress Naomi Project is a mentoring program designed as a peer to peer mentoring program for women 18 years (college age)and older.
Often times when we think of mentors we think of the youth or perhaps those assigned in the educational environment but rarely do we realize that many of us need mentors throughout the various stages of our lives. The Naomi Project seeks to bridge the gap for adult age women seeking other women to assist as a mentor as they navigate through life. Our mission is to create a platform for sisters to help sisters excel. This is a village of women ready to advise and share strategies, avoid pitfalls and simply share what they have learned . Ideally older women will be able to mentor younger women, but age is not always the sign of wisdom, sometimes it's simply experience. Thus the Naomi Project invites women who have overcome, mastered and are courageously navigating life experiences and willing to mentor another sister in the same area in which they have overcome and learned the life lesson that is associated with the shared personal experiences. We all have something to share and learn from one another. Ruth and Naomi taught each other and relied on each other, and it is in that spirit that we welcome those who share this sentiment to the The Royal Empress "Naomi Project"
